At Dedalus Consulting, we endeavor to make sure that every client is satisfied with our service and the products that we publish. Our products are information based, in digital format, and easy to replicate through electronic means. Thus, they are considered consumed once they are purchased and delivered.

When visiting www.dedalusconsulting.com and ordering through our website, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. We reserve the right from time to time to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at our discretion.

Our Contract
Once you place an order for a product listed on our website, payment for that product becomes due and owing immediately. Notwithstanding the fact that the product will not be despatched until monies are received in full, you are liable to pay to Dedalus Consulting all monies due on the order. We regret that it is not possible for an order to be cancelled once it is delivered unless it is due to extraordinary reasons approved by Dedalus Consulting. Dedalus Consulting will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under our contract with you where such delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
Site Access
Dedalus Consulting grants you a limited revocable license to create a link or share information to the dedalusconsulting.com website provided that the link or information shared does not portray dedalusconsulting.com or its products, in a negative, defamatory, derogatory or misleading way. Product Descriptions
Dedalus Consulting attempts to be as accurate as possible, and we stand behind our information completely. We make every effort possible to ensure the reliability of the information presented here and within our reports. However, Dedalus Consulting does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is complete or error-free.
Once purchased, Dedalus Consulting offers to answer any follow-up questions on our reports within reason. At times, clients would like more in-depth coverage than our report model allows. In this case, we enjoy working with clients to get them the information they need. At times, it does become necessary to incorporate a follow-up fee when more in-depth data is desired by the client. We certainly welcome such requests. In any case, we work hard to make sure that each client is satisfied, but must reserve the right to answer questions on a priority basis which will be determined solely by us.
Shipping
Dedalus Consulting can ship to virtually any address in the world. The majority of our products are dispatched electronically. Hardcopy orders may dispatched by mail or courier. Hardcopy orders incur additional $75 handling charge and added shipping costs based on the location to which the report will be shipped.
Delivery Time
When you place an order with Dedalus Consulting, we endeavour to deliver the product as soon as possible. Electronic delivery is always the fastest option; the majority of electronic information products are dispatched within 24 hours. Hardcopy products are generally dispatched from the US, and delivery to some markets may be delayed through local carriers, and local customs. Where possible we encourage clients to order products electronically.
Pre-Publication Discounts and Shipping
From time to time, Dedalus Consulting will offer a pre-publication discount on an upcoming report, typically from 2-3 weeks of actual publication. In some cases, the actual publication is delayed due to unforeseen reasons and by nature of the collection of data and scheduling interviews with market participants. You agree that any reasonable delays are not cause for order cancellation, and we will endeavor to make sure any delays do not extend past two (2) weeks of expected publication.
Bulk Discounts
We may be able to offer additional discounts on large orders of a single title or on large orders of many individual titles. If you are ordering more than 3 items, please contact client services and make a enquiry about ordering.
Licenses
When you purchase a report from Dedalus Consulting, you are being granted a non-exclusive license to use the data and analyses presented. Nothing in the license grants the purchaser any intellectual property right including copyright or trademark to the purchased report.
Dedalus Consulting offers its products in several license options which limit access and use of the information presented within our reports. The choice of license should be made according to your intended use.
Online access to our printed data and analyses through our PDF web viewer, DRM system and other online portals expires in 12-18 months from the date of purchase depending on the publication cycle of the data and information. Online access to our Ulysses DRM platform ends with the expiration of your selected subscription period.
Returns
Our company has a long history of providing information and data across the markets we serve. Our reputation has never been called into question, but occasionally our scope and definition on research has differed from that of a customer. Therefore, questions do arise about methodology and datapoints. When that happens, we work diligently to resolve any definitional differences in order to rectify our and the client's data.
However, due to the nature of the products being sold (information-based and easily duplicated) Dedalus Consulting cannot accept the cancellation of an order once it has been placed and any information has been dispatched. This includes any data that is dispatched in anticipation of receiving the final report or any order placed as part of a pre-publication promotion. In the case of discrepancies in the data, we do work with clients to rectify any discrepancies, but in accordance with normal commercial transactions have 7-10 business days to cure the issue.
Privacy
Dedalus Consulting knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust. We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
Indemnity
You agree to hold Dedalus Consulting, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, your connection to the Site, your violation of the terms and conditions, your use of report data, or your violation of any rights of another.
Applicable Law
By visiting dedalusconsulting.com, you agree that the laws of the State of New York, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Dedalus Consulting or its affiliates.
